About the authors
Most of the texts were created based on input from former or current members of the Institute of Agricultural Sciences (IAS) at ETH Zurich. Noëmi Elmiger and Céline Jenni have processed many of these around 70 submissions into fluid texts. Most of them were then edited by Anna K. Gilgen.
